The Underlying Assets are maintained at the Vault Providers for the accounts of Matrix HK, and Matrix HK holds the Underlying Assets as agents for Token Issuer. Accordingly, value attributable, if any, to the Underlying Assets accrues for the benefit of Token Issuer.

Gold is a volatile asset and, as such, the value of the LBMA Gold and XAUm Tokens may appreciate, depreciate or remain constant depending on a variety of factors.

As part of the redemption process described in Section 4.4(a), you will also have the right to pick up in person the LBMA Gold that is delivered to a vault account in your name at the relevant Vault Provider located in either Hong Kong or Singapore.

Once you accept a Quote and the Token Issuer receives the XAUm Tokens intended to be redeemed, the Token Issuer will, in a timely manner, remove from circulation or "burn" such XAUm Tokens and either, as applicable, instruct a Matrix Entity to (a) deliver to a vault account in your name at a Vault Provider a corresponding amount of LBMA Gold
